With a background in finance, Katherine lived and worked in London as a Series 3 licensed broker, ultimately returning to the United States to start her own business in the Chattanooga area.

Today she is the leader of a major digital media company, Mediafy Communications Group, and a frequent author/contributor to Thrive Global.

Bates Reed brings 40 years of hospitality and community building experience. From opening 26 hotels throughout the southeast..to managing the international incentive and tourism markets for the Orlando Convention and Visitors Bureau.. Bates’s work is considered to be one that spreads a message of hope and inspiration for those interested in building alternative sustainable models along with practical application in individual’s lives who are seeking a balance in physical, spiritual as well as emotional balance as folks wake up to the possibility of creating platforms for better, healthier ways of finding peace..happiness..through grounding and sustainability. He currently directs efforts of Chi Farms and Markets in collaborating with local businesses including farmers, growers, bakers, artisans, and all other small local businesses they are choosing to build a local alternative network..based on dynamic governance models and collaborating with organization like Resource Network to bring alternative economic models into the world based in love..the gifts of gratitude.. community by community. He believes our work begins within..so we start with our individual wholeness and work outward from there leaving politics and religion to those that prefer a third-dimensional reality-based in separation. His work along with those he collaborates with is based in cooperation and inspiration. Au’Brie started as the Office Manager at Mediafy in March 2018. Through hard work in accounts payable and receivable she has not only implemented new goal strategies but has also helped increase the company’s profitability by more than 10%. 

By taking on many responsibilities Au’Brie made herself the perfect candidate for the Executive Director position she now holds! She is a certified Google Ads Specialist, knows how to work an Excel Sheet to get hard data, and throws the best office parties. 

Au’Brie is an important member of our team and we are lucky to have her!

Marley began working for Mediafy in June of 2016. A dedicated leader and well-rounded employee, she has worked her way through every department in production.

Marley has demonstrated herself to be a quick learner with a sharp eye for detail.

In addition to working at Mediafy, she loves her two cats and to play video games.

Heather has a long background in customer service and is excellent at maintaining a positive relationship with our clients. Her active listening skills and positive attitude make her perfect as Mediafy’s client onboarding assistant.

Heather is currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science at Chattanooga State and in her spare time loves to read and spend time with her family.

Trinity has worked on clients’ social media profiles for three years and enjoys how creatively fulling social media is! She is excellent at keeping up with the ever-changing changes and making poppin’ posts!

In her spare time, she enjoys going to the movies, thrifting, and spending time with friends!
